Good morning, friend. Tuesday stands in front of you like an empty cup, and God is already reaching for the pitcher. Sit still a moment and let Him pour before you rush off to fill your own hands with lesser things.
"O satisfy us early with thy mercy; that we may rejoice and be glad all our days." — Psalm 90:14 (KJV)
This morning's prayer Father, satisfy me early with Your mercy. Don't let me run out the door hungry, grabbing at scraps of approval or worry to fill my stomach. Fill me with You first. Let this one taste of Your kindness season every hour ahead — the meeting, the traffic, the tired afternoon. You promised gladness isn't just for good days but for all my days, so I take You at Your word. Teach me to notice the mercy already spread on the table before me. Let joy be planted this morning and keep bearing fruit until I sleep tonight. Amen.
Today, on purpose:
Ask for mercy before asking for anything else today.
